SarvM.AI has a minimum sellable product that has been built over the last 12 months and has been soft launched to [6000]+ micro business. The business has achieved this from bootstrapping and funding from government funding and angel investors and is now ready for the next phase of its growth.
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced self-motivated CEO who will lead the organisation going forward and steward it to a fast growing business with production-market fit and scale. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and building software based businesses. The following are key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision and plan for SarvM.AI and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and establish the solution as a leader in the marketplace.
Sales and Market Growth: Lead the sales organisation and drive revenue growth supported by a customer centric sales culture. Identify and capitalise on key markets to expand SarvM.AI’s presence and build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Cross functional Integration: Enable collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure everybody swims in the same direction. Ensure seamless operation and exploit synergies and efficiencies.
Capital Raise: Build relationships with potential and existing investors. Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for the company’s growth plans.
Operational and Financial Management: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, optimising processes and overall productivity. Drive financial performance and compliance through processes, controls and monitoring of key metrics.
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, lead and inspire a high performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive role, preferably in the technology, retail or SAAS industry in early stage / start up businesses.
Strong on the ground understanding of the unorganised retail sector in India and navigating its challenges.
Demonstrated success in driving organisational growth, achieving financial targets, and leading sales teams. Hands on / Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience of fundraising from venture capital / private equity investors.
MBA / Advanced degree in business administration from a top college.
