🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Ground Sales Operation Officer (Intern) to join our team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building customer relationships and driving growth on the ground.
🛠 Responsibilities
Execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities in assigned regions
Conduct market research to support new initiatives and customer satisfaction
Drive customer onboarding, acquisition, and retention
Manage customer negotiations and handle escalations
Ensure profitability and performance across assigned territories
💼 Skills Required
Languages: Hindi & Kannada (Telugu/Tamil a plus)
Basic computer and mobile/e-commerce literacy
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Understanding of financial metrics (P&L, ROI, etc.)
Sales execution and team coordination
Customer relationship and B2B sales experience
Familiarity with tech platforms and mobile apps
Traits: Humble, Honest, Hustler, High Energy
✅ Preferred Background
Experience in vendor management or retail sales
Minimum 3 months managing sales or operations teams
Industry exposure in Retail, Agriculture, FMCG
